Our vehicles may be used for rideshare work only if the driver, vehicle, and documents meet platform and company requirements.

Are you affiliated with Uber or Lyft?

No. I.A.M Rentals is an independent rental company.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A security deposit is required for approved renters. Deposit amounts vary by vehicle and approval profile.

How many miles are included each week?

Our standard plan includes 1,000 miles per week. Extra mileage charges may apply.

Who pays for tickets, tolls, towing, or impound fees?

The renter is responsible for all tickets, tolls, towing, storage, impound charges, and similar costs during the rental period.

Is smoking allowed in the car?

No. Smoking is not allowed in any rental vehicle. A smoking fee will apply if this rule is violated.

Can someone else drive the vehicle?

No, unless they are specifically approved by us in writing.

What happens if I return the vehicle dirty or damaged?

The car must be returned in the same condition it was rented, excluding normal wear. Cleaning fees, damage charges, and other costs may apply.

Can I renew every week?

Yes. Weekly renewals are available for approved renters who remain current on payments and follow all rental terms.
